Aerosoft and ToLiss A340-600 Pro Out Now for MSFS 2020 and 2024

FlightSimDailyMarch 12, 20265 min read

The wait is over for quad-jet fans. Aerosoft and ToLiss have released the A340-600 Pro for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 and 2024. Priced at EUR 69.99, this is a premium, systems-heavy simulation of Airbus's iconic long-haul widebody.

Why the A340-600 Pro matters

ToLiss built their reputation on X-Plane with some of the most accurate Airbus simulations available. This is their first project for MSFS, developed in partnership with Aerosoft. The A340-600 fills a gap in the MSFS lineup between the twin-engine PMDG 777 and the short-haul Fenix A320. There is nothing else quite like it on the platform.

Key features

The feature list is substantial. Three independent MCDUs and two independent autopilots that rely on individual ADIRU data, creating realistic differences between captain and first officer sides. Full Airbus VNAV with step climbs and all A424 leg types. Over 300 possible system failures for those who like their flights unpredictable.

The EFB includes Navigraph and SimBrief integration alongside takeoff and landing performance calculators. A custom engine model tracks N1, N2 and N3 parameters, and the fuel system accurately simulates the A340's specific center-of-gravity management. There is also a breakthrough save and replay system that lets you pick up long-haul flights where you left off.

Where to buy

The A340-600 Pro is available directly from the Aerosoft shop for EUR 69.99. One purchase gives you both the MSFS 2020 and MSFS 2024 versions.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does the A340-600 Pro compare to the iniBuilds A340?

The iniBuilds A340 is the default MSFS 2024 version and received an update to v1.0.10 on March 11. The Aerosoft/ToLiss A340-600 Pro is a third-party add-on with deeper systems simulation, more failure scenarios and ToLiss's Airbus flight law expertise. They serve different audiences: casual vs. study-level.

Does it include both MSFS 2020 and 2024?

Yes. A single purchase includes versions for both simulators.

Is it worth EUR 69.99?

At this price point it sits alongside other premium widebodies like the PMDG 777. For simmers who want study-level Airbus systems and a unique four-engine experience, the asking price is competitive.
